In addition, those who are more likely to think in positive and empowering ways, easily make meaningful connections with others. Human connection is a positive feedback loop that benefits everyone.

Although the convenience of technology has made it easy for us to remain cut off from one another while still in contact, we can regain the strength of human connection by incorporating simple and impactful biohacks into our daily lives.
